- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We entrusted a new property to Empire to let and manage, newly furnished to a high standard. After various queries arose, without proper replies, we visited our property, and found it to be dirty and neglected by the tenant.
We visited Empire Propertys office, and inspected our file. The paperwork was badly filed, and papers like the Inventory that should show the list of contents and condition of those and the property itself were amateurish, incomplete, of no use in the event of any dispute.
Having terminated their agency for incompetence and negligence, and after us taking professional advice, Empire were unco-operative in handing over to our new agents.
Based on our experience, we advise any prospective Landlords to AVOID this firm at all costs.By leslong, August 10, 2020
